With a private roof terrace, overlooking the skyline of ancient Rome, this two-storey penthouse certainly has the wow factor. Located within a restored Renaissance cloister, the home is entered through a hidden courtyard – keep an eye out for turtles cooling off in the fountain. While you’re in a peaceful setting, the home is in the city centre so you’re within strolling distance of many of Rome’s must-sees, including the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and rejuvenate after a busy day exploring the capital. We think this place is a great find for a family or two couples seeking something more than the average city pad.
