One of the bedrooms features two queen-sized beds – it's not the most private set-up but it's ideal for children or friends.
The neighbourhood observes quiet hours from 9pm to 8am — no DJs or live bands are permitted.
The swimming pool is heated and open all year. Maintenance visits take place on Mondays and Thursdays.
The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
