A brand new addition to one of the Cotswolds' most popular holiday villages, this bright contemporary retreat is perfect for families – especially fans of watersports. With its own private jetty looking out on Minety Lake, you'll be free to head straight from the decked terrace onto the water, assuming you decide to leave the private outdoor hot tub. Indoors, you'll find three flexible double bedrooms, another with bunk beds, an open plan kitchen, and a bright lounge and dining area with a log burning fire for colder nights. While this home is so new that some of its neighbours aren't quite finished, it's a proud addition to an estate with excellent amenities, and less than an hour from local gems like Bourton-on-the-Water.
