When we came across this three-story townhouse, it immediately caught our attention. Set in the heart of the old town, with the Basilica of San Nicola and the Castello Svevo just a short walk away and endless cafes, bars, and restaurants to choose from, you truly have it all at your fingertips. Set across three floors, with a private rooftop terrace offering views over the surrounding scenery, an outdoor kitchen and shared beach access, there's a lot to love about it. Just bear in mind that the internal staircase is not for the faint of heart – especially if you're travelling with lots of luggage in tow.

There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb two flights of spiral stairs to reach the bedroom in this home.
There is free on-street parking here in front of the house.
The shower pressure here isn't the strongest.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
