Wimbledon homes don’t come much classier than this – and locations get much better, either. The brunch-worthy cafes and rooftop bars of Wimbledon Village are just up the road, as is the iconic All England Club to catch a game. Need to hotfoot it into central London? Wimbledon Station is within walking distance. Set over three floors united by elegant interiors, a free-flowing kitchen, dining, and sitting room is the heart of the home. Need a quiet space to work? The two separate studies will be handy. And the pièce de résistance? A private lawned garden and swimming pool to while away summer days.

About Wimbledon

It might well be most people's primary association with the area, but the truth is there's so much more to Wimbledon than tennis. With the wilds of the Common, plus verdant Richmond and Wimbledon Parks close by, and the village at the top of the hill, visitors would be forgiven for thinking they'd left London altogether. Central London is actually only 30 minutes away by tube so Wimbledon really does represent the best of both worlds. With its parks, leafy streets, period houses, excellent pubs and boutique shopping, it's little wonder that Richmond is so popular with affluent families.
