It’s not often you find a home in Paris that has a garden. It's one of the things we like most about this house – a sunny spot to start the day with breakfast outside. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living space and kitchen, with a mezzanine bedroom above and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. This home does have a few small downsides – the basement bedroom doesn’t have a window, and if you’re here for sightseeing, you may want to stay more centrally. But we love this slightly quieter location in the 19th arrondissement, where you can picnic with views of Paris in Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, or easily hop on the Metro to explore more.

This home is set over floor levels, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs.
The downstairs bedroom is in the basement and has no window. Your host kindly asks that you keep the dehumidifier running during the day (it can be switched off at night).
The upstairs bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. Your host will send this to you after your booking is confirmed.
