This rustic attic apartment may be small, but it sure makes good use of the space. With a mezzanine bedroom, a small double sofa bed, and a fireplace in the living room, you'll be surprised by how much they've fit in here (just mind the stairs). There's even a full kitchen and a dining table for two, which doubles up nicely as a desk – just keep in mind this home is on the fourth floor and lacks a lift. You'll be based in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, surrounded by bars, cafés and music venues. It's a pleasant, sightseeing walk to some of Paris' most popular sites, or you can hop on the Metro – there are two lines nearby.

Home truths
At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
Though there's enough bed space for three people, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
There's no lift here, so you'll need to climb stairs to reach the apartment itself and the mezzanine bedroom within it. The home is on the fourth floor.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. Your host will send this to you after your booking is confirmed.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
This is a lived-in home, which we think adds to the charm. Expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
