This wonderfully decorated house, found to the west of Florence's historic centre, is brimming with personality. Spanning three floors and boasting an idyllic leafy garden, the home offers three bedrooms, one involving a sofa bed, as well as a large kitchen for preparing meals with local ingredients. Each room feels distinct and full of character, from the orange main bathroom to the bright and pleasant living room, with alfresco dining encouraged out on the rear terrace. If you're keen to explore Florence, you can also walk along the Arno to Ponte Vecchio in half an hour, crossing north into the city's beating heart.
