Set deep within the Apulian countryside, this villa offers a true taste of rural Italian life. Comprising a historic trullo and two smaller buildings, the space has a rustic, homely feel, with bare stone walls and cave-like ceilings. Days here are best spent lounging by the pool or cooking up an alfresco feast in the outdoor kitchen – better yet, bring in a chef to prepare local delicacies while you relax. Location-wise, the surrounding countryside is dotted with vineyards and olive groves, while the charming town of Ceglie Messapica is just 6 kilometres away and a scenic thirty-minute drive brings you to the Adriatic coast.

Home truths
While the living room isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the bedrooms is located on the mezzanine level, which is accessed via narrow stairs and is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
Although there's wi-fi here, the connection isn't fibre optic. It will likely be slower than usual urban networks.
Due to this home's rural location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
