Nestled in the seaside town of Fontane Bianche, just south of the bustling city of Syracusa, this three-bedroom villa is set to stun with its minimalist aesthetic and thoroughly modern finishes. Upon entering, your eye will be immediately drawn to the undisputed highlight of the home – the outdoor area, complete with a spacious pool, outdoor dining area and plenty of sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the Sicilian heat. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and as many bathrooms, but you’ll be drawn to the large contemporary kitchen, where you can cook up an Italian feast to be served alfresco-style outside.
