Alongside the building's shared facilities like the fitness area and pool terrace, you'll have a private balcony that overlooks the bay and skyline – an ideal spot for a sundowner or two. The living area also boasts scenery aplenty, as well as a sofa bed for guests five and six. As for location, the Design District's many shops and eateries are on your doorstep, while Miami Beach is just a fifteen-minute drive away.

While the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. That said, we think space will be tight, so we'd suggest a guest count of four.
You'll have access to the on-site gym, swimming pool, yoga studio, lounge with co-working space, games room, and outdoor terrace with barbecues here. They're shared with the building's other residents. The swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset – children under 17 years old require adult supervision.
A free assigned parking space is available for one car.
Your host can provide a pack-n-play travel cot upon request if you're travelling with little ones.
