Just steps from the Miami Design District with all its art galleries, restaurants and shops, you’ll find this modern apartment. Another highlight is this building’s communal amenities. You’ll have access to a pool and barbecue area as well as a well-appointed gym. There’s also a lounge with a snooker table and a workspace. Or relax on the private balcony here (it has seating for two). The open-plan living room also sleeps guests three and four on the sofa bed – but please note that the dining table only has room for three guests. Another bonus is that there’s a free parking space.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
Communal facilities here include a pool, 24/7 gym, lounge and business centre.
Pool and beach towels are provided. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are also communal grills for your use at the pool, as well as outdoor dining tables.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
There are only two seats on the balcony and three at the dining table.
Your host provides coffee/tea capsules (decaf by request) for the Keurig machine, as well as other kitchen basics.
If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free on request.
Beach toys, games, snorkel gear and sports equipment are also available on request.
