You'll find this studio apartment in Salamanca, one of Madrid's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Known for its gourmet food scene, tree-lined boulevards, and designer shops, this is the ideal stomping ground for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Though this home may not be as glamorous as its surroundings, we think it's a practical choice for a solo traveller or couple. The all-in-one space is compact but has everything you need to settle in – a sleek kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a desk for remote working. Even better is the private terrace – the perfect spot for post-sightseeing drinks.

About Salamanca

Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
