Close to the glitz and glamour of Cannes, with a sunny garden and bright and breezy rooms, you’ll love this villa on the Côte d'Azur. The swimming pool is a real highlight, with its Jacuzzi, waterfall, and wave machine, while the outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue make entertaining easy. The downstairs bedrooms open onto the garden, and two on the first floor have their own private roof terrace, so you can wake up to the sunshine or a refreshing swim. As for the location, it’s pretty perfect – a short drive from medieval Mougins, with its Michelin-starred eateries and art galleries, and not far from the beaches, bars, and boutiques of Cannes.

The two first-floor bedrooms have roof terraces. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
There’s free parking for up to ten cars on the driveway and two in the garage.
There are two further bedrooms in the basement, however these are only opened on request and subject to a supplement. One is a double with a small window and the other is a single bedroom with no window. These bedrooms are more simple in style, don't have air conditioning, and lack natural light.
