Home truths
The lead guest must be aged at least 21. A maximum of two adults aged 16 or over can stay, plus two children. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
Construction work is ongoing in the building from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay. The on-site swimming pool is closed as part of the renovation, but the host has arranged a small number of daily passes for the Marriott Hotel pool. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your host may be able to accommodate a later check-in time after 10pm – please request this in advance of your stay.
You'll have access to the on-site gym, hot tub and restaurants here. They're shared with the building's other residents. The gym is open daily from 6am to 9pm.
Parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
