Set on a leafy street in the western suburbs of Paris, this stylish home is often used for professional film and photo shoots. It’s also set up for work seminars, workshops and professional events, with catering available on request. That said, it's just as ready to welcome groups staying purely for leisure. A guest house in the garden with a mezzanine bed offers extra privacy, while the attic rooms are furnished to suit children and families. At full capacity, some guests will sleep on a sofa bed or one of four pull-out beds. But with a garden to enjoy, and local shops and restaurants a short walk away, it's a compromise worth taking.
