Formerly a monastery, this villa boasts traditional features, acres of olive groves, and breathtaking views. It's perched on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, just a five-minute drive from the storybook town of Città della Pieve. Panoramas spanning the Umbrian hills to the Val di Chiana are sure to impress – they're the perfect backdrop for dips in the pool, sundowners on the terrace, and meals under the stars. Inside, expect a fusion of classic and contemporary elements – we're particularly fond of the modern kitchen set under vaulted ceilings. Three bedrooms are in the main house, with a fourth in the independent annexe that's ideal for those craving a bit more privacy.

Home truths
Three bedrooms are in the main house, each on its own floor. The fourth bedroom is in an independent annexe that has a small kitchenette, two single beds, and a small bathroom with a compact shower. We think it suits couples or those wanting easy access without stairs.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
You'll need a car in this location. Three covered parking spaces are available at the entrance. Just note that the last stretch of the road is dirt.
