It's the ideal base for a couple looking to be close to the Tuscan countryside, yet still within easy reach of the city for some sightseeing. A car is a must, but private parking is available for easy exploration. Inside, there's a small kitchenette that's best for breakfast. The living area is traditional but comfortable, offering a sofa bed for the third guest. Outside, a small sunny terrace is the perfect spot to perch with a glass of wine and admire the hillside views.

Alongside the balcony, you'll have access to the communal garden. It's shared with the owners, who live downstairs, as well as some other neighbours.
The kitchen is compact and lacks an oven or a stove – it only has a microwave. It won't suit guests keen on home cooking.
A car is required in this location. Free parking is available on the premises.
There isn't a washing machine here, so it may not be the best option for longer visits.
You'll have to climb stairs here, as there isn't a lift in the building. The stairwell is communal.
