This charming villa sits in a panoramic position in the Chianti hills, while being conveniently close to Poggio's medieval village of San Donato. As well as the main building, there's also a separate apartment and two annexes, so it's ideal for groups wanting to spread out. Inside, the interiors may feel a little dated in parts, but it's a home that's full of character. The real highlight is the infinity pool, surrounded by picturesque gardens where you can truly switch off. Wine connoisseurs will also love sipping premium wines down in the wine cellar. Who needs to go out when home is this good?

Home truths
This home includes a main building with three bedrooms, a separate apartment, and two annexes. The apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The annexes both have a bedroom and a bathroom, plus one has a gym room.
The two twin bedrooms both have beds that can be made into a double on request.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool is only available for use between mid-April and mid-October. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to five cars here.
Small to medium-sized pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay, with prior approval from your host.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
