This Beverly Hills home is a stunning example of Spanish revival architecture, with arched doorways, stucco exteriors and vaulted beamed ceilings. The real highlight here is the patio garden. Surrounded by towering trees, palms and mature agaves, it feels like a private oasis, complete with a saltwater sauna and pool. Inside, the interiors might be a tiny bit garish, depending on your taste. However, it's perfectly comfortable and benefits from modern enhancements, such as a whole-home water filtration system that provides alkaline drinking water. This is LA, after all, and with Soho House a six-minute walk away and the Sunset Strip a four-minute drive, you'll soon feel like a local.
