Perched on the banks of a lake, this villa feels like a private resort. The vibe here is contemporary cool with airy, open-plan spaces designed to bring the outside in. The garden unfolds across two levels: one features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and a private pool with an in-built hot tub, while the lower lawn leads to the water’s edge, complete with loungers and a firepit made for starlit evening drinks. The location is spot on too: you’re just ten minutes from the golden sands of Sunny Isles Beach and twenty from Midtown and the airport.
