This deluxe apartment on the edge of New Athens marries beautiful furnishings with a coveted Paris location. The home was decorated by a professional in the traditional Haussmann style, creating a comfortable and sophisticated option for friend groups and families. The open plan living area flows into the kitchen and dining area, which are effectively one and the same – the dining table stands between the worktop and the oven, meaning chefs will need to be cautious ferrying hot dishes. The three bedrooms are distinct and characterful, though only one has an en-suite bathroom. Beyond the building, you'll be a twenty minute walk from both Montmartre and the Opera, and one minute from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and the north-south 12 metro line.

This home's primary bedroom has its own en-suite, while the other two bedrooms share one separate bathroom. We'd recommend allocating rooms in advance.
The kitchen has a sink, stove and worktop on one side of the room and a fridge, oven and microwave on the other, with a dining table in between. We think it's better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
