If you’re in Manchester for work or play, this house makes life easy. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for cosy nights in with a home-cooked meal. The dining table doubles up as a workspace, and the living area is great for winding down after a long day – just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. It’s not in the city centre, so you’ll need to hop on the tram at Cemetery Road (a five-minute walk), but once you’re on board, you can reach Piccadilly in under twenty minutes.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Though there's enough bed space for eight people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of six.

This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful space, but is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
