Set in a gated community just a twenty-minute drive from St Tropez and five minutes from Ramatuelle town, this luxury villa is a must for its incredible views and contemporary architecture. Along with the Mediterranean gardens, 17th-century pool house, heated saltwater pools and panoramic terrace, you'll enjoy private access to the beach. There's also a private helipad and separate quarters for optional live-in staff. Inside, the interiors feel cosy and homely, with two main bedrooms featuring jacuzzi baths and walk-in dressing rooms. You’ll also find a sauna, gym, and two offices. Both enjoy sweeping sea views – so you might be tempted to set your out-of-office.

There’s free parking for up to five cars here, as well as a private helipad.
The swimming pools are only available for use between June and September. They aren't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
A live-in maid is available upon request.
The villa features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus separate staff quarters with two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have access to the entire property, except for one storage area.
Bed linen is changed twice a week.
While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
