With hip Northern Marais and historic Canal Saint-Martin both within walking distance, you’re well-placed to explore some of the city’s best quarters from this 10th Arrondissement apartment. Need to get across the city fast? Colonel Fabien Metro Station is just a seven-minute walk away. Back home, the fresh, contemporary interiors are spot-on, and the two bathrooms will be handy to speed along your mornings. Although do note, at full occupancy, the last two guests will share a sofa bed in the living room and the kitchen’s on the compact side. A great excuse to sample the local restaurants instead, we think.

This apartment is located on the ground floor.
You won't find an oven or dishwasher here – though there is a hob and microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
Given the home's central spot with bars nearby, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
Though the opaqued windows still let in plenty of daylight, the views aren't the most inspiring.
The exterior of this building might appear a little worn compared to the modern interiors.

This part of town still retains a certain grittiness that has been largely lost from the abovementioned counterparts - gentrification is undoubtedly on its way but the area still feels authentic and edgy so get there before this changes! You'll be rubbing shoulders with Paris's hippest young things, smoking and drinking outside...
