If you're in Paris to sightsee, then you'll love the location of this apartment. Based in Opéra, exploring on foot is a dream – Palais Garnier, the Louvre, Grands Boulevards, and other must-sees are all within walking distance. More functional than anything, it's not the biggest or cosiest place. The lounge is a tight squeeze for all four people – especially when the sofa bed is in use – but it has all the essentials. Just note that the kitchen is small – not a problem, as there are plenty of eateries nearby.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. That said, we think it will feel cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
Your host can provide a travel cot upon request.
This is a duplex apartment located on the ground and first floors. The bedroom and shower are on the upper level, making this not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The WC is located on the ground floor.
Given the central location, it can be a tad noisy at night.
Please note that exterior renovation work is currently being carried out on the building – please get in touch for more details.
