Comprising two self-contained villas rented as one, this contemporary home is ideal for a group getaway. The outdoor space takes centre stage here, with a private pool, alfresco dining area, and shaded relaxation spot to enjoy. Inside each villa, you’ll find an open-plan living area and kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. And don’t worry, the layout and design of each one is very similar, so there won’t be any arguments about who sleeps where. Location-wise, you’re 4 kilometres from the historic town of Syracuse, with its ancient ruins, lively markets, and alfresco eateries, and 35 kilometres from Noto, famous for its Baroque architecture.

Home truths
This home comprises two separate villas, next to each other, rented as one. Each villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan living area with kitchen.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 30th November. It isn't fenced so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
