Seaside lovers, this one’s for you. This home boasts direct access to Elmer Sands from its location on a peaceful private estate in West Sussex. There are two gardens, one leading to a coastal path, and one with a hot tub – the perfect spot for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The house has been designed to maximise the sea views, with an upside-down layout that allows the living and dining spaces to look out over the water. Elmer Village is a ten-minute walk away, and you can easily drive to Bognor Regis from here.
