Like something out of an Austen novel, this cottage is cosy as can be. We love the interiors – they've got charm in spades. The kitchen may be small, but it has all you need. Upstairs, the main bedroom sits under the eaves and boasts a convenient en-suite. Downstairs, the second bedroom can be set up with two singles or one king bed for ultimate flexibility. Most of all, though, we love the location. Set off for a ramble through the surrounding fields, or hop in the car and head to Winchester, Farnham Castle, or Jane Austen's house – all within easy driving distance.

Home truths

The second bedroom can be set up with either two single beds or a super-king. Please let your host know your preference during booking.

Your host can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request.

The kitchen here is small, but it has all you need to rustle up meals at home.

The en-suite main bedroom is upstairs, while a second bedroom and second bathroom are on the ground floor.

We suggest hiring a car in this location as it's the easiest way to explore. There's parking for up to three cars in the driveway, as well as secure bike storage in the garage.

Your host has dogs, but there's a fence between the cottage and their house.

The barn next door, also owned by your host, may occasionally host workshops and other events.
