While toddlers and children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for babies under the age of 1.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Events may be held here, though you'll be limited to 65 guests for a wedding reception, or 100 guests for a free-standing buffet reception party.
The nearest beach (Langosta Beach) isn't safe for swimming and is only suitable for advanced surfers. Walking a little further leads to Tamarindo Beach, which is safe for swimming, surfing, and other water-based activities.
