Within walking distance of Roland Garros, this charming wood-lined duplex is a certified ace. The living area is expansive and full of character, with exposed beams and a fireplace lending a rustic air. The adjacent dining area is more modern, while the kitchen is well stocked and stylishly designed. The three bedrooms are spread across the home's two levels, with some caveats – the two double rooms feature beds made with cardboard frames, rather than more rugged materials, while the single takes the form of a bunk bed. The two bathrooms and separate WCs help offset any morning traffic, while out the front door, the neighbourhood of Boulogne Billancourt offers traditional cafes, bars, and proximity to the verdant Bois de Boulogne.
