Set just outside Valbonne, this modern villa makes a stylish base for exploring the French Riviera. The open-plan living area opens straight onto a dining terrace, with a summer kitchen and barbecue for meals outdoors. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free covered parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. There is, however, a safety alarm in place.
Because of the terraced grounds and open railings, this home isn’t ideal for toddlers or very young children.
Weddings, stag and hen parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Other celebrations may be possible with your host’s approval and could come with extra charges.
Guests are required to leave the home clean and tidy, in the same condition as on arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.
Stays are a minimum of 14 nights from October to the end of April, and 7 nights during all other periods.
