This contemporary villa is a stunning base for exploring Crete's northern coastline – but the views might tempt you to stay at home. There are plenty of sunny spots to lie back on a lounger and take in the views of the historic town of Rethymno – and the minimal interior decor is a sign to spend most of your time outside. If you're here on a workcation, the snug workspace is handy – just make sure you're done in time to enjoy a barbecue with family or friends. There's a supermarket and taverna conveniently located within walking distance (plus a historic monastery), but Rethymno's cobbled streets and seafront restaurants are just a short drive away.

The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 30th November. Please note that it's unfenced, and there's direct access from the bedrooms.
There are steps throughout this home, including on the terrace, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide up to two cots and two high chairs for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
