The balcony overlooks the wall of the neighbouring apartments, so the views aren’t the most inspiring, though you do get a glimpse of the mountains beyond.

There’s no on-site parking, but paid options are nearby, we recommend checking availability if you’re driving. With buses and trains close by, getting around is easy. San Giovanni station is just a five-minute walk, and Como Lago station about 10 minutes.
If you’ll be arriving after midnight, a late check-in fee will apply. A late check-out fee will also apply if you leave after 12am.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for €20 each per stay. You'll need to request them in advance.
