Tucked away just moments from Notting Hill Gate station, this stylish apartment puts you right in the heart of one of West London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Step outside and you’ll find Portobello Road’s famous markets, charming cafes, and boutique shops all within easy reach. Inside, the space is modern, comfortable, and ideal for both work trips and weekend getaways. You might hear the occasional rumble of the Tube, but that just means you’re brilliantly connected to the rest of the city. And while the patio is only partially private, it’s still a lovely spot for morning coffees or a breath of fresh air.

We think the communal areas of this home could do with a refresh. The building management company are planning to do renovation work on this in the near future, with updates once dates are confirmed.
The apartment is located on the basement level. Some windows have security bars and you may occasionally hear the sound of the underground trains due to proximity to Notting Hill Gate station.
The patio is accessed via the main bedroom and is connected to a neighbour’s space, so it is only partially private.
