This mid-century modern home is in the sought-after Tahquitz River Estates neighbourhood, home to vintage shops and a variety of restaurants. Downtown Palm Springs is just a short drive away, too, with all of its cultural attractions. So, that’s the location – the home itself has a resort-style pool and Jacuzzi framed by views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The grounds feature fruit trees, including fig, mandarin, and pomegranate, and the outdoor kitchen is the place to prepare alfresco lunches. Inside, the two living rooms, furnished with designer pieces, ensure there’s plenty of space to unwind. We particularly love the one with the working fireplace. This home is designed for relaxation.
