Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Moreton-in-Marsh, this cottage is the definition of a cosy Cotswolds retreat. The open-plan living and dining area is a snug retreat to return to after a day exploring, complete with a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings and, for budding musicians, a piano. The third bedroom doubles up as an office – great if you need to log on quickly. Just note, one will sleep on the sofa bed in this room. Outside, the enclosed courtyard is a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or letting the kids play safely. All in all, we think it’s an ideal base for exploring this picture-postcard corner of the Cotswolds.
