Nestled in an expansive estate among rolling hills and olive trees, this exceptional home is one of our favourite finds in Le Marche. There are luxurious touches around every corner, from the pristine pool area and private padel court to the beautifully appointed bedrooms. These elegant rooms are set across the main house and a separate annexe, offering lots of space to stretch out. So, if you’re planning a holiday to remember, or there’s a special occasion to celebrate, you might have found the perfect place.

While some of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The accommodation here is set over the main villa, which has seven bedrooms, and a separate garden house which has one bedroom and its own kitchen and living area.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the main living area and the garden house.
In some of the bedrooms, two single beds are set up as double beds – speak to your host if you'd prefer a different set up.
The only bathrooms here are en-suites off the bedrooms – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
Although not pictured, this home has its own padel court, beach volleyball, wellness area and gym, and indoor arcade room.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available.
