This Italian home boasts a large garden and private saltwater pool. Lazy days can be spent soaking up the sun, before firing up the barbecue for an alfresco feast. Inside centres around the open-plan living area, where guests five and six will sleep on a sofa bed. While the traditional decor here may not be to everyone’s taste, we think it gives the villa plenty of character. Location-wise, you’re in the town of Carpignano Salentino, with popular Lecce less than half an hour away by car.
