Sitting on the Place des Victoires – one of Paris's most elegant squares – this fourth-floor apartment offers a front-row view of life in the 2nd arrondissement. The living room looks directly onto the square below, and the main bedroom catches the same outlook in the morning. It's a central base. The Louvre is ten minutes on foot, Notre-Dame Cathedral is around a twenty-five-minute walk, and the Palais Royal is just down the street. Understated, well-located, and a cosy base for couples.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with no lift, so you'll be climbing four flights of stairs every time you come and go. It won't suit people with limited mobility.
You can walk to the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Opéra, and the Seine from the front door, and a supermarket and metro stations are close by too – this is one of the most walkable spots in central Paris.
If you're travelling with a little one, a cot is available – worth requesting from your host in advance to make sure it's ready on arrival.
