This studio in the 12th arrondissement is a serious plus if you’re a fan of outdoor living. You’ll have the benefit of a particularly rare find in Paris – a big, private terrace complete with a sun lounger, an outdoor sofa and a table perfect for an alfresco-style charcuterie board in the afternoon. While there’s a sofa bed alongside the queen-size bed, this apartment is only suitable for two – perfect if you both prefer your own space. The location is also great for those who love urban greenery – Paris’ zoo is a quick walk away, which itself is right on the edge of the sprawling Bois de Vincennes, the city’s biggest park.
