This home’s location is a real highlight – set in the heart of Greenwich Village, you’re surrounded by must-go restaurants, independent boutiques, and the rest of New York on your doorstep. The duplex sits across two floors of a townhouse with plenty of nooks to spread out or come together. There’s not one, put two kitchens – so catering, even for different taste buds, is simple. But our main highlight has to be the private outdoor patios, a rare treat in this part of the city. All in all, it’s a stylish option for couples or small groups wanting a prime downtown base.
