If you’re after a peaceful coastal escape, this villa just outside Syracuse is ideal. It’s only a three-minute walk from the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet spot surrounded by greenery. The main house has big living and dining areas, plus an attic bedroom with its own kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea, Ortigia, and Mount Etna. A separate annexe with a kitchen and pool view is perfect for friends or family. At full capacity, six guests sleep on sofa beds in the living rooms, but it’s worth it for the space, views and location. You’ll need a car to get around, but Syracuse’s historic centre and the Plemmirio Marine Reserve are both just a short drive away.

At full occupancy, six guests will sleep on three sofa beds in the living areas.
The main villa has two bedrooms, plus a one-bedroom attic with its own bathroom, living room with eat-in kitchen, and private terrace. There's also a separate one-bedroom annexe in an outbuilding with its own small living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
