Local guide
About Santa Croce
Santa Croce is a trendy, architecturally impressive neighbourhood that’s less busy than the Duomo or San Marco districts, but still in the heart of Florence. Home to the eponymous basilica, and the Casa Buonarroti museum, it’s located in the eastern part of Florence’s historic centre. The largest crowds have thinned out by this point, but if you stay here, you're still close enough to explore the whole city on foot....

Host
This home is managed by Daniela
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Your host Daniela has been welcoming guests here for over a decade and is closely involved in the home itself — along with her husband, she renovated the building from top to bottom and designed the ground floor as an open, loft-style space to make the most of its scale and light. They live upstairs in a separate apartment, with completely independent entrances, so privacy is respected while help is close at hand if needed.
