This apartment is located in picturesque Carate Urio, known for its historic stone buildings and medieval alleys. The private balcony steals the show here, with its views across Lake Como. You’ll also have access to a communal garden – complete with loungers and an alfresco dining table – which is shared with the building’s other guests. The living space here is on the smaller side and while the kitchenette is ideal for preparing light bites, you may want to head to one of the town’s restaurants come dinnertime. It’s also worth noting that the home is a 200-metre walk from the main road, and you’ll need to climb down three flights of stairs to reach the front door.

To reach the front door of this home, you’ll need to walk along a 200 metre private path from the main road, and go down thirty steps.
You'll have access to a communal garden here. It’s shared with the building's other residents.
While there is an oven and a microwave here, we think the small kitchenette is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
