This apartment is just a short walk from the medieval village of Paciano, where you’ll find a selection of local restaurants. It’s set in an old stone building with views over the Valdichiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno. Inside, it’s a little dated in places, but full of traditional charm, with wooden beamed ceilings and tiled floors. You’ll have access to a shared pool and garden with walking trails, plus your own bit of outdoor space with a dining table and veranda. At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, which might be a bit snug – but the setting more than makes up for it.

At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The main bedroom doesn't have a door, so privacy is limited.
There’s free parking here.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and garden here. They're shared with the building's other residents. You'll also have your own section of outdoor space, with a dining table by the entrance and a veranda accessed from the second bedroom.
The shared swimming pool is only available for use between the end of June to the end of September from 9.30am to 7pm.
While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine in a separate room, shared with one other apartment.
We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated.
