While both bedrooms have en-suite showers, the only toilet is located in a separate WC. This isn't photographed, but we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One parking space is included in the secure, underground garage. That said, a car isn't needed in Cannes – it's easy to get around on foot.
