This apartment has a wonderful setting – it’s part of an 18th-century villa, surrounded by twenty hectares of shared grounds. Here you’ll find vineyards and olive groves – it’s just idyllic and great for leisurely strolls. There’s also a shared pool and a lawned area ideal for playing football. Or relax on this home’s private patio – the perfect place for sunset drinks. Inside, the apartment is set over two levels and its traditional decor melds well with the character features. We love the views over the grounds and Tuscan countryside from the bedrooms too. Out and about, nearby Calci has an array of cafes and restaurants or head to Pisa, which is also within driving distance.

This apartment is set over two levels. There is a private patio area equipped with a table, chairs and an umbrella.
The twenty hectares of grounds and the pool are shared (the pool is a short walk away).
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts, especially the bathrooms.
