This villa sits in the countryside between the sea and Modica, with panoramic views over olive trees, citrus groves, and the coast. Outside, there’s a private pool, jacuzzi and a garden dining area that connects straight to the kitchen – great for relaxed meals with a view. The main house has three en-suite bedrooms, two of which have sofa beds if you’re a bigger group. There’s also a separate annexe with its own kitchenette, living space and mezzanine bedroom. You’ll want to hire a car, but it’s only twenty minutes to the beach, or you can head into Modica to wander its baroque streets and sample some local chocolate.

Home truths
At full occupancy, three guests will sleep on sofa beds located in two of the bedrooms and in the annexe.
As well as three bedrooms in the main building, there's a separate annexe with its own kitchenette, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a mezzanine level featuring a double bed and a single bed. The mezzanine is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking here.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground-floor bedrooms here with en-suites.
