The apartment is forty-five square metres, with two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area – a comfortable setup for two, and workable for up to four if you're happy sharing the space.
You're right in the heart of Málaga's old town, so expect some city noise – particularly in the evenings when the streets around Calle Larios come alive. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
The apartment is on the third floor and accessible via lift, so it may suit though with reduced mobility.
